The FELGTB has set up a job bank for previously selected, qualified and trained transsexual women to combat the statistics that point to 85% of trans people in Spain being unemployed and 72% in a situation of severe poverty.
The objective is to sign agreements with companies that want trans women and try to normalize their integration into society.
Trans women are brave, valuable, talented and inspiring individuals who are looking to work in an environment that appreciates them for who they are.
What company wouldn’t want a person like them?
