160 incidencias - ya fueran agresiones verbales o físicas, como discriminaciones - contra personas LGTBI, lo que supone un incremento de un 41,6% respecto al año anterior (2018), según ha registrado el informe anual 'Estat de la LGTBI-fobia en Catalunya 2019'
El estudio realizado advierte que cerca de dos tercios de las agresiones que se produjeron en 2019 en Catalunya tienen mayor incremento en la ciudad de Barcelona, de los cuales, el 59% se produjeron contra hombres gays o bisexuales; el 16% contra todo el colectivo en su conjunto; el 11% contra mujeres lesbianas o bisexuales; y el 10% contra mujeres transexuales.
El encargo por parte del Ajuntament de Barcelona es crear una campaña institucional de ciudad para poner en valor los derechos del colectivo LGTBI y denunciar las agresiones LGTBIfóbicas que están creciendo exponencialmente en Barcelona.

The study carried out warns that about two thirds of the attacks that occurred in 2019 in Catalonia have a greater increase in the city of Barcelona, of which 59% occurred against gay or bisexual men; 16% against the entire group as a whole; 11% against lesbian or bisexual women; and 10% against transsexual women.
The task of the Barcelona City Council is to create an institutional city campaign to value the rights of the LGTBI collective and denounce the LGTBIphobic attacks that are growing exponentially in Barcelona.
